Harold Toomer and JuMond Norman first crossed paths as stylish, driven students at a Southern California high school in the late 1990s. Their shared passion for fashion and creativity sparked a friendship that would eventually grow into a powerful partnership.
After high school, Harold studied Fashion Design and Graphic Design, while JuMond focused on Fashion Design. Both pursued launching their own clothing lines separately, but after facing setbacks and sharing their experiences one day at a local barbershop, they decided to join forces. On May 5, 2003, DonDeMarco Clothing was born.
Rooted in the rich diversity of Los Angeles, inspired by their parents' timeless style, and influenced by esteemed designers before them, Harold and JuMond built DonDeMarco into a respected fashion house. Their designs fuse signature pieces with classic style, earning features in fashion shows and boutiques across the Southwest.
Nearly two decades later, DonDeMarco remains committed to creating bold, versatile apparel that reflects urban culture and timeless fashion — truly Born Elsewhere, Worn Everywhere.
